Our Story

400 Trees began as a commitment to plant 400 native trees and educate youth about the value of trees as part of the Gloucester 400+ celebration in 2023. Now a permanent program of nonprofit Biomimicry New England, 400 Trees continues to plant and maintain trees in around Cape Ann and educate youth about the importance of trees and nature through programs like Dirt Club.
